Where it all started
Trent and Chris have been friends for over two and a half decades. In their friendship they have seen the effects that poor choices in food, movement (or lack of) and mental wellbeing can have on a person. Together they collaborated in 2014 to make a change in their own lives so they were able to collect a set of skills to help people make a positive change in their own life. In 2017 Balance to You was born. An idea that every person can have sustainable fitness, nutrition and holistic health. Chris Dick is the head coach at B2U and Trent Dolman is a registered Allied Health Practitioner. Together they encompass and deliver holistic, long term training that changes peoples lives.
Where are we headed
In 2018 the Brick and Mortar B2U was opened. We offer small group training, 1 on 1 training, Massage and Acupuncture. After a year of successful operating Chris and Trent decided they needed to do and give more to the community. They have since teamed up with Anvil Training and Development, Dr.Kevin a clinical psychologist, Younique coaching and Top Rank Fitness. The goal, to bring a world-class facility that caters for the physical health, fitness and mental wellness in people's lives.
